New 2012 Camry for the Holidays!!
I just wanted to write you today to tell you about my experience at your dealership. My grandfather gave me the task to find my Mom a new car for Christmas since she never had a brand new car before. And the thing is, she really doesn't mind. Her 1996 Honda was fine and got her around town. But her father, and my grandfather, wanted her to have a new car. So after some research (actually I do a ton of research!), I decided that the Camry was meant to be her car. I contacted several dealers in the area and ended up purchasing from Laurel Toyota pretty much because of Joe.
I am a marketing manager so I appreciate a salesmen who truly care about their customers instead of just getting a sale. It came down to you and Greensburg but in the end, Joe was trying to get the price to work for us and Greensburg would only lower their price to beat yours. That was huge for me. Also, I feel better that I know I will have after sale support from Joe whether it be if my Mom has a question about the car or if there is some kind of issue. I have to tell you that I was impressed that you put your customers in rentals during the Toyota car pedal episode. I thought that was a great story that demonstrated your concern for your customer's happiness and safety.
Thanks again for a great experience and I really think that companies should know when they do a great job.
